Tomorrow looks just as pleasant. Sunshine returns with highs near 80 degrees, though a light northeast wind will take a bit of the edge off the warmth compared to today. The overall pattern stays dry and calm through the end of the workweek, with cool mornings in the upper 40s and 50s and warm afternoons near 80.

Rain chances remain very low until late in the weekend, and even then only spotty showers are expected.

Wednesday turns even warmer. Expect plenty of sunshine with afternoon highs climbing into the lower 80s around Dallas–Fort Worth. South winds will be lighter compared to today, making for a very pleasant late-winter afternoon. Wednesday night stays quiet and mild with lows in the mid to upper 50s.

A weak front slides through Thursday, bringing a shift to north winds and slightly cooler air. Highs will settle back into the upper 70s, followed by crisp 40s Thursday night. From Friday through the weekend, sunshine dominates with afternoon temperatures hovering near 80 degrees. A stray shower can’t be ruled out late Saturday night into early Sunday, but most locations stay dry.

Tuesday night stays mild with partly cloudy skies and lows in the mid 50s.

The warming trend continues Wednesday with highs pushing into the lower to mid 80s under mostly sunny skies. A weak front slides through late week, knocking highs back into the mid to upper 70s Thursday and Friday, with cooler mornings in the 40s. The upcoming weekend looks dry and pleasant, with highs returning to the lower 80s.

It will feel more like spring by midweek, with 80s returning Wednesday before a slight cool-down later in the week.

A big warm-up begins Tuesday. Highs climb into the lower to mid 70s with gusty south winds increasing through the afternoon, occasionally gusting up to 30 mph. Even warmer air builds in Wednesday with highs soaring into the 80s area-wide under mostly sunny skies. A dry cold front late Wednesday into Thursday brings slightly cooler air, but we stay sunny with highs in the 70s heading into next weekend.

We’re wrapping up the weekend on a bright but cool note across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Today brings plenty of sunshine with afternoon highs in the upper 50s around DFW, a bit cooler north and slightly warmer to the south. North winds at 5 to 10 mph will keep a crisp feel in the air, but overall it’s a quiet and pleasant February day.

Tonight, skies stay mostly clear and temperatures drop quickly after sunset. Lows will fall into the lower 30s across much of North Texas, with some upper 20s possible in the colder spots. It’ll be a cold start Monday morning, so you’ll want the heavier jacket early on.

Monday looks terrific: wall-to-wall sunshine with highs near 60 degrees and light easterly winds. The warming trend really kicks in Tuesday, with highs jumping into the 70s and breezy south winds gusting up to 30 mph by afternoon.

Temperatures climb into the low 70s Tuesday, then surge into the upper 70s and lower to mid 80s by Wednesday under partly to mostly sunny skies. Late week brings another dry cold front, easing highs back into the 70s Thursday and Friday with cooler mornings in the 40s.

Cold mornings through Monday may require a jacket and protection for sensitive plants. Warmer springlike weather returns quickly by midweek.

Saturday brings plenty of sunshine with highs in the mid 60s. A northwest wind will increase through the afternoon, occasionally gusty at times, making it feel a touch cooler despite the sun. By Saturday night, clear skies and north winds will allow temperatures to fall into the lower to mid 30s. Some outlying areas north and west of DFW could flirt with a light freeze by early Sunday morning.

Sunday stays sunny but cool, with highs near 60. The dry and seasonably cool pattern holds into Monday.

A big warm-up arrives Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs climb into the 70s Tuesday, then surge into the 80s by midweek before easing back slightly Thursday.
