At 703 PM , emergency management reported road closures and ongoing water rescues due to T-Storms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is ongoing.
