From William Cole: A Flash Flood Warning has been issued in the Weather Tracker TV DFW coverage area for Van Zandt County in North Texas until 2:00 AM.
At 1135 PM , Live Radar indicated T-Storms producing heavy rain in and nearby Wills Point. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional storms will further worsen the ongoing flash flooding. Water rescues are ongoing near and east of Wills Point.

At 1046 PM , T-Storms producing heavy rain are ongoing across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is already occurring with water rescues ongoing in and around the Mesquite area.
