For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:Active Systems:The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on HurricaneErin, north of the Lesser Antilles.Northwestern Atlantic:A broad area of low pressure located a couple hundred miles off thecoast of North Carolina is producing limited showers andT-Storms well to the east of the center. Development, if any,of this system should be slow to occur during the next day or sowhile it drifts generally eastward. The opportunity for developmentshould end on Monday when environmental upper-level wind conditionsare expected to become unfavorable.* Formation chance through 48 hours low 10 percent.* Formation chance through 7 days low 10 percent.Central Tropical Atlantic:A tropical wave located near the Cabo Verde Islands is producingdisorganized showers and T-Storms.
