WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE Most of North Texas including the following counties, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. WHEN From Sunday morning through noon Monday. The heaviest rainfall is expected to occur Sunday night into Monday morning. IMPACTS Flooding may occur in urban and poor-drainage areas. Heavy rainfall could also cause flooding of creeks, streams, and rivers. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches, with isolated amounts in excess of 8 inches.
