Red Flag Fire Danger Today

Red Flag Fire Warnings Today

A Red Flag Fire Warning has been issued for our southwestern counties today. Very warm temperatures, low humidity and dry vegetation will make for conditions favorable for wild fires. Winds will be light this afternoon so the rapid spread potential will be semi-limited. Any outdoor burning or anything with an open spark should be avoided. If you see smoke call 911 immediately.

Elevated fire danger today from the I-35 corridor west but critical fire danger conditions will develop in our southwestern counties.
