Clouds will increase across the Dallas-Fort Worth area tonight, with warm and quiet conditions overall. Lows settle into the lower to middle 70s, and an isolated evening shower cannot be ruled out west of Fort Worth.
Thursday brings another hot afternoon, though temperatures should be a little lower than today. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs generally in the mid 90s, along with a light east wind. An Ozone Action Day remains in effect, so sensitive groups may want to limit prolonged outdoor activity during the afternoon.
Friday stays dry with highs in the lower to middle 90s. The weekend turns hotter again, with mid to upper 90s expected Saturday and Sunday. A few isolated showers or thunderstorms may develop late Sunday into Monday, but most locations remain dry.
Rain chances increase Tuesday, when scattered showers and a few thunderstorms could affect travel. Temperatures then ease into the 80s by Wednesday.
