Tonight’s DFW Forecast

Tonight will be clear, warm, and muggy across Dallas-Fort Worth, with temperatures only slipping into the upper 70s. A light south breeze will continue overnight.

Tuesday brings another peak heat day, with abundant sunshine and afternoon highs near 101 to 102 degrees. It may feel closer to 105 degrees or higher at times, and the Heat Advisory remains in effect through 8 PM Tuesday. Skies stay clear Tuesday night, with another warm low in the upper 70s.

Wednesday remains sunny and near 100, followed by a small step down in temperatures late week. Highs will still reach the upper 90s Thursday through Saturday, while overnight lows gradually ease into the mid-70s. Rain is not expected through Saturday. By Sunday, a weak chance for an afternoon shower or thunderstorm returns, but most of the Metroplex stays dry.

Limit strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest part of Tuesday afternoon, drink plenty of water, and check on vulnerable neighbors and pets.
