Tonight’s DFW Forecast

Tonight will be clear, warm, and breezy across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Temperatures will only slip into the upper 70s to near 80 degrees, with south winds continuing around 10 to 15 mph.

Thursday brings another full day of sunshine and intense heat. Highs will reach 101 to 103 degrees across much of the Metroplex, while afternoon south winds increase to 15 to 20 mph. Humidity will push the heat index close to 108 or 109 degrees in spots. No rain or storm chances are expected.

The dry pattern holds through the weekend and into next week. Highs will generally hover near 100 each afternoon, with overnight lows remaining in the upper 70s. There are no signs of a meaningful cooldown or widespread rainfall through Tuesday.

Limit extended outdoor activity during the hottest part of the afternoon, take frequent breaks, and check on those without reliable air conditioning.
