Tonight will remain warm and humid across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with partly cloudy skies and lows mainly in the upper 70s to around 80. A light south breeze will offer little relief overnight.
Saturday brings another mostly sunny and dangerously hot afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 90s to near 100 degrees, while heat index values climb into the 105 to 110 range. The Heat Advisory remains in effect through 8 PM Saturday, so outdoor plans should include frequent breaks, shade, and plenty of water.
Sunday looks even hotter, with highs near 100 to 102 and heat index readings again close to 110. The dry, sunny pattern continues through next week, with many afternoons reaching 100 to 105 degrees. Overnight lows will stay uncomfortably warm, generally near 80.
There is no meaningful rain or thunderstorm chance in the Metroplex forecast through next Friday. By late next week, heat index values could approach 110 to 115 degrees.
