– As of 2:54 PM, radar showed heavy rain and ongoing flooding concerns in the warned area
**What to Expect:**
– Thunderstorms are producing heavy rain across the warned area
– Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have already fallen
– Another 1 to 2 inches of rain are possible
– Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
– Locations that may experience flash flooding include Athens, Chandler, Brownsboro, Edom, Forest Grove Reservoir, Lake Palestine, Redland, Murchison, Moore Station, New York, Walton, Martins Mill, Primrose, and Crescent Heights

– Flash flooding of small creeks and streams
– Flooding in urban areas
– Flooding on highways, streets, and underpasses
– Flooding in other poor drainage and low-lying areas
