Tonight’s DFW Forecast

Quiet weather continues across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex tonight with a mostly clear to partly cloudy sky and lows settling into the upper 60s to near 70.

Tomorrow stays warm and a bit breezy. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with afternoon highs close to 90 degrees. South winds will pick up through the day, with occasional gusts near 30 mph by late afternoon, so it will feel a little more summer-like.

The weekend still looks mainly dry for DFW, with warm afternoons in the upper 80s and a continued south breeze. By Sunday night, a few spotty showers or storms may begin to develop, but better rain chances arrive Monday and increase further into Tuesday and Wednesday. That stretch looks wetter with scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, along with a gradual cool-down from the upper 80s into the lower 80s by midweek. Some locally heavy rain may become possible east of the Metroplex, and we’ll keep watching for any stronger storms as the pattern turns more active.
