Today’s DFW Forecast

Sunday is starting cloudy and damp across Dallas-Fort Worth, with scattered showers likely through the morning commute. A rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out, especially south and east of the Metroplex, but widespread severe weather is not expected. Rain chances will fade late this morning, allowing for partial afternoon clearing. Highs reach the lower 80s with light north winds.

Tonight turns mostly clear and comfortable, with lows settling into the mid 60s across Dallas-Fort Worth. Cooler spots north of the Metroplex may dip closer to 60.

Monday looks like a classic early-October day: sunny, dry, and pleasantly mild. Highs return to the lower 80s on a light northeast breeze. Clear skies continue Monday night, when temperatures fall into the upper 50s to around 60.

The dry pattern holds through midweek, with sunshine and afternoons warming into the mid 80s.
