Tonight’s DFW Forecast

A humid and unsettled pattern continues across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex tonight. Scattered showers and thunderstorms remain possible through the evening, with a few lingering showers after midnight. It will stay warm and muggy, with lows in the lower to middle 70s.

Monday brings another round of scattered storms, especially during the afternoon and evening. Rain chances increase to around 60 to 70 percent, and temperatures will be held near 90 degrees. While widespread severe weather is not expected, any thunderstorm can produce brief heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds.

Rain chances remain elevated Tuesday, with afternoon showers and storms likely and highs dipping into the upper 80s. Isolated storms may linger into Wednesday before drier weather takes over Thursday and Friday. Highs return to the lower 90s late week, with mid-90s heat building back in by Saturday.

Allow extra time for travel around storms, and head indoors if lightning moves nearby.
