– Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible
– Slow-moving thunderstorms may produce 1 to 3 inches of rain in a short period of time
– Isolated totals above 4 to 5 inches will be possible
**Potential Impacts:**
– Excessive runoff may lead to flooding of rivers, creeks, and streams
– Other low-lying and flood-prone areas may flood
– Low-water crossings may be flooded
