– At 10:49 AM, radar and automated rain gauges showed thunderstorms producing moderate rain across Navarro County
**What to Expect:**
– Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms
– Up to 5 inches of rain have already fallen
– Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible
– Locations include Corsicana, Kerens, Dawson, Angus, Navarro, Lake Halbert, Richland-Chambers Reservoir, Navarro Mills Lake, Retreat, Mildred, Oak Valley, Eureka, Richland, Streetman, Goodlow, Powell, Mustang, Corbet, and Roane
**Potential Impacts:**
– Flash flooding of small creeks and streams
– Flooding in urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses
– Flooding in other poor drainage and low-lying areas
