– Thunderstorms are producing heavy rain across the warned area
– Radar shows 2 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen
– Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
– Locations listed in the warning include Athens, Malakoff, Trinidad, Caney City, Coon Creek Lake, Forest Grove Reservoir, Trinidad Lake, Cross Roads, Log Cabin, Star Harbor, Crescent Heights, Cayuga, Bethel, and Yard

– Flash flooding of small creeks and streams
– Flooding in urban areas
– Flooding on highways, streets, and underpasses
– Flooding in other poor drainage and low-lying areas
