A very pleasant day is ahead across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Expect a mix of sun and clouds this afternoon with highs topping out in the upper 70s, and a light northeast breeze keeping the air feeling comfortable.
Tonight looks quiet and mild. Skies will turn mostly clear with overnight lows settling near 60 degrees, with a few upper 50s possible in some of the cooler suburbs. Winds stay light as we head into early Tuesday.
Tomorrow brings a warmup and plenty of sunshine. Afternoon highs will climb into the lower 80s with a light southeast to south wind. That warming trend continues through midweek, with upper 80s by Wednesday and near 90 by Thursday. Most of the workweek stays dry, and rain chances remain very low until the weekend when a few isolated showers and thunderstorms may begin to pop up, mainly Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
For now, there are no major weather concerns across North Texas.
