Today’s DFW Forecast

A warm and quiet spring day is ahead for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Expect a good deal of sunshine this afternoon with highs climbing into the mid to upper 80s, and a light south breeze will keep it feeling a little more humid than the last couple of days.

Tonight stays mild and fairly calm with partly cloudy skies early, then more clearing late. Morning lows will settle into the mid 60s.

Tomorrow brings another warm day, but clouds will increase some through the afternoon. Highs should reach the lower to middle 80s, and south winds will pick up, especially by late day with a breezy feel across parts of North Texas. Most of Friday daytime looks dry, but the next rain chance begins to build Friday night as scattered showers and a few thunderstorms develop, becoming more likely after midnight.

That sets the stage for a much cooler and wetter Saturday, with highs dropping into the upper 60s and periods of rain and thunderstorms around the Metroplex.
