Clouds will hang around early today across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but we’ll trend brighter through the afternoon with a warm finish. Highs will climb into the mid 80s, and a steady south wind will pick up a bit later today, especially west of Dallas and around Fort Worth.
Tonight looks quiet and mild. Skies stay mostly clear early, then turn partly cloudy overnight with lows settling into the lower 60s. Winds remain out of the south, so it won’t cool off much.
Tomorrow stays warm and a little breezy with a mix of clouds and sun. Afternoon highs will again reach the mid 80s, keeping the early spring warm spell going. Most of the Metroplex stays dry through Tuesday, with the better rain chances holding off until late Wednesday into Thursday.
Looking ahead, that midweek system will bring a more active stretch with showers and thunderstorms, and some of the heavier rain may set up north and northwest of DFW Wednesday night.
