After a pleasant afternoon across North Texas, we’re in for a quiet and comfortable night. Skies will stay mostly clear across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with lows settling into the lower to mid 50s. A light south breeze will continue overnight, but overall it’ll be a calm spring evening.
Tomorrow brings a noticeable warm-up. Sunshine returns with highs climbing into the mid to upper 80s around DFW. Southwest winds remain light, but the warmer air will definitely make it feel more like late spring. By Friday, we’re pushing into the lower 90s with full sun.
The weekend turns downright hot for March. Afternoon highs will surge into the mid 90s Saturday and Sunday with abundant sunshine. If you have outdoor plans, be prepared for summer-like heat and take breaks in the shade.
A cold front arrives late Sunday into Monday, knocking temperatures back into the upper 70s and lower 80s to start next week, with continued dry weather.
