From William Cole: A TORNADO WARNING has been issued in the Weather Tracker TV DFW coverage area for Kaufman & Van Zandt Counties in North Texas until 5:00 PM.
At 420 PM , a severe T-Storm capable of producing a tornado was located over Kemp, or 9 miles northwest of Gun Barrel City, moving east at 35 mph.
