Tonight’s DFW Forecast

Tonight looks quiet across Dallas-Fort Worth with a mild, breezy setup holding in place. Skies stay mostly clear to partly cloudy, and temperatures will only fall into the lower to mid 60s by early morning.

Tomorrow stays warm and a bit windy, with highs climbing back into the mid 80s. South winds will pick up through the afternoon, and we’ll continue the springlike feel with a mix of sun and clouds. Wednesday turns even warmer, pushing the upper 80s in parts of the Metroplex, with gusty south winds making it feel more active ahead of the next storm system.

The better rain chances arrive Wednesday night into Thursday. Showers and a few thunderstorms are expected to move in overnight, with the steadiest rain likely Thursday morning. Some heavier downpours will be possible, especially north and west of Dallas-Fort Worth, before rain becomes more scattered later Thursday.

Looking ahead, small rain chances linger Friday, then another round of showers and storms arrives Friday night into Saturday. That second system brings a noticeable cool-down, with highs dropping into the upper 60s and lower 70s this weekend.

Plan for wet roads late Wednesday night, Thursday morning, and again Saturday, with a few heavier downpours possible.
