Today’s DFW Forecast

Quiet weather continues across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex today. We’ll start with a little more cloud cover this morning, but skies should gradually clear through the afternoon with a warm finish. Highs will reach the low to mid 80s, with a light southeast breeze.

Tonight looks mild and calm with mainly clear skies settling in. Overnight lows will only fall into the upper 50s to lower 60s, so it won’t be nearly as cool as the last few nights.

Tomorrow brings even warmer air with plenty of sunshine. Afternoon temperatures climb into the upper 80s, and a south breeze will pick up a bit by late day. That warming trend continues into Thursday, when some spots around North Texas will be close to 90 degrees.

Looking ahead, Friday stays dry before a cooler change arrives by the weekend. There could be a very small chance for a few showers late Friday night north and northwest of DFW, but most of the Metroplex stays dry. Saturday turns much cooler, with highs dropping back into the upper 60s.
