After a cooler afternoon across North Texas, we’ll see clouds gradually increase tonight. Skies turn mostly cloudy late with overnight lows settling into the upper 50s across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Winds will be light out of the east.
Tomorrow brings a quick warm-up. We’ll start with a mix of clouds and sun in the morning, then clear out through the afternoon. Highs climb into the mid 80s with a light southeast breeze. Tuesday night stays mild and mostly clear with lows in the lower 60s.
From there, it’s a steady warming trend. Expect plenty of sunshine Wednesday and Thursday with highs pushing the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. South winds will pick up at times, especially Wednesday afternoon. Friday remains warm, but a late-day shift signals a change ahead. By Saturday, a cooler air mass settles in, dropping highs back into the 60s and upper 60s. Sunshine returns Sunday with a rebound into the lower 80s.
Overall, a quiet week with big temperature swings heading into the weekend.
