Patchy fog will greet some of us early this morning, but that will quickly give way to a beautiful afternoon across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Expect plenty of sunshine with highs climbing into the upper 70s to lower 80s. A light north breeze will keep things comfortable, making it a great day to be outside.
Tonight stays quiet and clear with overnight lows settling into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Winds turn light out of the northeast, and it will be a pleasant, cool night.
Friday looks just as nice. Sunshine continues with highs again near 80 degrees and a light easterly wind. The warming trend carries us into the weekend, with Saturday climbing into the mid 80s under mostly sunny skies.
Rain chances remain very low through Sunday, with just a slight chance of a brief shower late Saturday night or early Sunday. A stronger cool-down arrives Monday, with highs dropping back into the 60s.
