Tonight’s DFW Forecast

Gusty south winds will ease this evening, but it will stay mild overnight across the Metroplex. Skies remain mostly clear with lows only falling into the mid 50s. A few evening gusts near 30 mph are possible before winds gradually diminish after midnight.

Wednesday turns even warmer. Expect plenty of sunshine with afternoon highs climbing into the lower 80s around Dallas–Fort Worth. South winds will be lighter compared to today, making for a very pleasant late-winter afternoon. Wednesday night stays quiet and mild with lows in the mid to upper 50s.

A weak front slides through Thursday, bringing a shift to north winds and slightly cooler air. Highs will settle back into the upper 70s, followed by crisp 40s Thursday night. From Friday through the weekend, sunshine dominates with afternoon temperatures hovering near 80 degrees. A stray shower can’t be ruled out late Saturday night into early Sunday, but most locations stay dry.

Aside from today’s windy conditions, the forecast is quiet with a big warmup and no significant weather concerns.
