Tonight’s DFW Forecast

After a sunny and cool afternoon across North Texas, we’re headed for a quiet night. Skies stay clear across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with lows falling into the upper 30s. Winds will turn light southerly overnight.

Tuesday brings a big warm-up. Sunshine continues and afternoon highs climb into the lower to mid 70s, nearly 15 degrees warmer than today. South winds will increase through the day, gusting up to 30 mph by afternoon, so it will feel breezy at times.

Tuesday night stays mild with partly cloudy skies and lows in the mid 50s.

The warming trend continues Wednesday with highs pushing into the lower to mid 80s under mostly sunny skies. A weak front slides through late week, knocking highs back into the mid to upper 70s Thursday and Friday, with cooler mornings in the 40s. The upcoming weekend looks dry and pleasant, with highs returning to the lower 80s.

Aside from gusty winds Tuesday, no significant weather impacts are expected.
