WHERE Portions of north central and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Ellis, Falls, Hill, Johnson and McLennan. In south central Texas, Milam. WHEN Through Sunday evening. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may become flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.
