From William Cole: A Flood Watch has been expanded for the following counties in North Texas until 7:00 AM Thursday. Dallas, Ellis, Henderson, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rains, Rockwall, Tarrant & Van Zandt.

WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. WHERE Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Dallas, Ellis, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall and Tarrant. In northeast Texas, Henderson, Rains and Van Zandt. WHEN Through Thursday morning. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Rainfall totals of 1 to 4 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 to 6 inches.
