Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Grayson, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rains, Rockwall, Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Van Zandt, Wise & Young.

WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. WHERE Portions of north central Texas and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Grayson, Hood, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. WHEN Until 8 PM this evening. IMPACTS Flooding may occur in urban and poor-drainage areas. Heavy rainfall could also cause flooding of creeks, streams, and rivers. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches, with isolated amounts in excess of 8 inches.
