WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bosque, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, McLennan, Montague, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise. In northeast Texas, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. WHEN Through Sunday afternoon. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts of 3 to 5 inches.
