At 911 AM , emergency management reported T-Storms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

At 543 AM , Live Radar and automated rain gauges indicated T-Storms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Up to 2 inches of rain in one hour has been reported by an automated gauge.
