For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:Southwestern Atlantic Ocean (Remnants of Cindy):A surface trough of low pressure, associated with the remnants ofCindy, is producing disorganized showers and T-Storms more than500 miles to the south-southeast of Bermuda. While strongupper-level winds are expected to prevent redevelopment of thissystem over the next day or two, environmental conditions could thenbecome a little more favorable for some gradual redevelopment duringthe latter part of this week.
