The risk of severe weather returns to North Texas Thursday into Friday. The latest data continues to suggest storms will be limited on Thursday afternoon by a strong cap. Thursday night into Friday as a cold front arrives storms will become more likely especially from the I-35 corridor to the east. Severe weather is possible in the form of hail, wind and even a tornado warning or two.
