DFW Rain Timeline

We’re dry and sunny today (Wednesday), but our next two opportunities of showers are already showing up. Thursday night into Friday morning with a few scattered light showers – mainly from the I-35 corridor to the east. Then this weekend a cold front limps into North Texas and stalls out. It will not be a wash out, but we will see increasing clouds and a chance for showers and maybe even a few rumbles of thunder. The exact specifics on the rain timeline for the weekend are still coming together. We’ll keep you updated as we go through the week.

Much Chillier Today

Welp, as promised today is a completely different day than yesterday. Yesterday, we enjoyed highs in the 80s – today we will struggle to reach 50. A brisk north wind will put wind chills in the 30s then 40s this afternoon.
Actual Morning Lows

It was a sharply colder start to the morning behind yesterday evenings cold front. Some spots across North Texas even dipped below freezing at sunrise this morning.
