WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE Most of North Texas, including Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise, Young, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt Counties. WHEN From Sunday morning through Sunday evening. IMPACTS Flooding may occur in urban and poor-drainage areas. Excessive runoff may also result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Additional heavy rain is expected Sunday night and Monday.
