A Tornado Warning is in effect for parts of North Texas early this morning. A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was near Lake Cisco, or near Eastland, at 1:15 AM and moving northeast at 25 mph.<\/p>\n

**Timing:**
\n– In effect until 1:45 AM<\/p>\n

**What to Expect:**
\n– A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is affecting north central Eastland County and south central Stephens County
\n– At 1:15 AM, the storm was located near Lake Cisco, or near Eastland
\n– The storm is moving northeast at 25 mph
\n– Radar indicated rotation
\n– This storm will remain mainly over rural areas of north central Eastland County and south central Stephens County, including Morton Valley<\/p>\n

**Potential Impacts:**
\n– Flying debris will be dangerous to anyone without shelter
\n– Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed
\n– Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur
\n– Tree damage is likely<\/p>\n

**What to Do Now:**
\n– Take cover now in an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building
\n– Stay away from windows
\n– If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris
