A quiet and pleasant night is ahead for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Skies stay mostly clear with light south winds, and temperatures will settle into the upper 50s by early Thursday morning.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow looks even warmer, with plenty of sunshine and afternoon highs climbing into the lower 80s. Thursday night stays mild, with a few more clouds drifting in and lows in the low 60s.<\/p>\n

The pattern turns a bit more unsettled as we head into the weekend. A stray shower or thunderstorm may pop up Friday afternoon, but most of the Metroplex should stay dry. Rain chances increase Saturday, especially late in the day and Saturday night, then Sunday appears to be the wettest part of the forecast with more widespread showers and thunderstorms. Some spots could see heavier downpours at times, and there may still be a few lingering rain chances into Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures stay fairly steady, with highs near 80 through early next week.<\/p>\n

Plan on the best outdoor weather through Friday, then keep an eye on the weekend for periods of rain and thunder.<\/p>\n
